Haha! Dude, I feel your pain. When I moved to Dallas, it took them 3 weeks to get me hooked up.

You’ll all be happy to know that after roughly 2 hours of tech support help, 1 hour of calls to customer service and no less than 26 days of waiting, DSL has been restored at Hacienda Christensen. AT&T is the devil (except for Natalie, B.J. and Tara – 3 very nice people who couldn’t actually come out and kick the technicians in the pants, but who helped and comiserated with me. Thanks guys.).
I feel a scathing blog post coming on. I wish I had screencapped the awful registration process I had to go through. You’d think we were all still clubbing mastadons or something. Sheesh.
