Trifectra Logo

Logo created for Trifectra Technologies, a .NET consultancy run by my dotcomrade Girish Gangadharan.

Jared: Got all up in Illustrator’s face and saw some fierce gradient action.

I had a lot of creative latitude on this one, which made it pretty fun to work on. For a while, I was stuck on the concept of “3” as evidenced in the name — Trifectra. I should have known sooner that such a concept was too obvious and therefore fruitless, but it did trip me up for a spell. Then one night I was just sketching random, abstract elevations of the letter “t” and this design came out. As with most successful ideas, I don’t know where it came from, but I’ll take credit for it. ;)

The mark was designed to be abstract, with no direct meaning, but it speaks to creativity and a different way of looking at things, which is exactly what Trifectra aims to do. Girish has been around UX folks at Bright Corner and Geniant long enough to have that perspective rub off on him, and he embraces that perspective in his work.
