North Texas-based American State Bank came to Geniant to help them realize the vision of a friendlier, more personable, more organized website. As we began to work our way through the existing site, it became evident that it needed to expand its content quite a bit in order to provide an informative and useful user experience. This was the first time I’d had the chance to work with a professional copywriter, and the quality of the information and visual design I did was greatly assisted by the fantastic copy that I was provided.
In addition to expanding content significantly, we were also able to create what is hopefully an engaging and interesting alternative to the standard bank services inquiry process for prospective customers.
